2D Coordination Drawings

We generate dynamic 2D digital drawings directly from the model which are accessible through a mobile application, so trades always work from the latest drawings and model. These drawings contain the same information the model contains, and visibility can be adjusted as needed. No more crowded, unclear drawings with overlapped annotations. Site staff can easily take measurements, put mark-ups, or extract object information. These drawings reflect the exact project coordinates, which can be used with total stations for accurate layout.

We link your construction schedule to the model to validate sequencing, phasing, and site logistics before mobilization, making sure trades are not stacked on top of each other and proper trade flow is maintained to increase site execution efficiency. During construction, progress is tracked against the model to show exactly the completed and remaining scopes of each phase.

For any modelled elements, we can also generate a material quantity takeoff (BOM) so you can verify estimates and confirm quantities before placing orders.

At project close-out, we deliver a digital twin of what got built, not a pile of inaccurate redlines. Property management can rely on the as-built model for maintenance, operations, and any future upgrades to the building.
For existing buildings, we partner with industry-leading 3D scanning contractors to capture existing conditions. Then our technicians convert the 3D scan file into a usable, accurate digital model (Revit). Scan to BIM is popular for:

We provide AR access to the construction team and site staff. QR codes are placed at key locations around the site, so anyone can scan a code with their phone and view the model and building systems overlaid at 1:1 scale, simply by pointing their phone at their surroundings. Everyone can see the other systems and get a clear picture of space claims and where things are designed to be, eliminating the familiar line “that wasn’t shown on my drawings.”
